Our primary field of business is the development and production of optical storage systems, or DVD System LSI, based on ASIC technology that combines semiconductor and system design technologies. We have been growing steadily since our foundation and had been acknowledged as a venture company in August 2001. We released a DVD player servo and data processor IC in March 2002, and will soon release a DVD player single chip, which will be a new-generation DVD player chipset. Also, together with a strategic coalition of companies specialized in the development of semiconductors and DVD systems, AMT established an integrated system for the development and production of a DVD chipset and system applications, and thus, we are establishing the technology for being the leader in the DVD chipset industry
